- “Gramm and the ‘Enron Loophole'” (NY Times, November 14, 2008)
- “Why Surprises Still Lurk After Enron” (NY Times, February 29, 2008)
- “Enron shareholders may see cash soon” (Houston Chronicle, Nov. 15, 2008)

Dear Chris>The ENRON issue indeed lives on and in the UK media too. PriceWaterhouseCoopers revealed last week (in a creditors meeting) that the financial losses from Lehman Bros are estimated in Europe alone at 10 times the size of ENRON. Thank goodness for all that wonderful Sarbanes Oxley regulation which stops anything like ENRON ever happening again,>Keep up the good work, >Kind regards>David>>Dr David Bevan>Deputy Director, Centre for Research into Sustainability >School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London >Egham, Surrey GB TW20 0EX
